Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 85 years old
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of systemic sclerosis (a connective tissue disease) for at least 12 months, OR be a healthy first-degree relative of someone with systemic sclerosis
  • Not have active cancer, blood cancers, or be receiving chemotherapy that damages DNA
  • Not be pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have health insurance coverage in France
  • Be able to give informed consent to participate
