Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 85 years old
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of systemic sclerosis (a connective tissue disease) for at least 12 months, OR be a healthy first-degree relative of someone with systemic sclerosis
- Not have active cancer, blood cancers, or be receiving chemotherapy that damages DNA
- Not be pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have health insurance coverage in France
- Be able to give informed consent to participate
