Who can take part
- You have confirmed stage II–III breast cancer with estrogen, progesterone, and HER2 all negative
- You are 18 to 70 years old
- Your doctor can measure the tumor(s) on exam or scans
- You’re expected to live more than 3 months and can do daily activities (Karnofsky score 70 or higher)
- Your blood, liver, and kidney tests are in the acceptable range, and your heart rhythm tests are near normal
- You must not be currently taking cancer treatment in another study
