  • You have a “PCO pattern” and more than 25 small egg follicles (antral follicles)
  • Your AMH blood test is above 3.5
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 35 or below
  • Your pelvic/body shape doesn’t make transvaginal egg retrieval unsafe or not possible
  • You don’t have other major medical conditions that would make pregnancy or IVF risky
