Who can take part

  • You can give written consent (and your doctor believes you can follow the study plan)
  • You are a woman age 18–75, and you’ve had a radical mastectomy for your breast cancer
  • Your imaging shows limited spread (oligometastasis) only in the nearby humerus (upper arm bone) or sternum (breastbone) on the same side—no other spread sites
  • You have recovered from past treatment so side effects are mild (at most grade 1 on the CTCAE 5.0 scale, where grade 2 side effects have resolved to grade 1 or less)
  • Blood tests and organ function are adequate (liver/bilirubin/kidney labs and blood counts are within set limits)
  • You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding, and you can use reliable birth control if you could become pregnant
