Who can take part
- You are age 50 or older with a distal humeral fracture of type C2 or C3
- Your fracture has been checked with X-rays and a CT scan and matches the study’s pattern
- Your overall health is good enough for surgery (ASA score 1 to 3)
- Your fracture is less than 6 weeks old
- You do not have significant elbow arthritis (wear-and-tear) on imaging
- You can follow the rehab plan and complete Danish questionnaires (with no major physical or memory limits)
