Dostarlimab for locally advanced mismatch-repair deficient solid tumors
Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.
This Phase 2 trial studies dostarlimab (an immune therapy that targets PD-1) given before surgery or other initial treatment. It aims to shrink certain locally advanced cancers that have mismatch repair deficiency, potentially making treatment easier and improving outcomes.

Who can take part
- You can sign informed consent and are age 18 or older.
- Your cancer is a locally advanced solid tumor (not spread to distant organs).
- Your tumor tests positive for mismatch repair deficiency (via lab tests like immunohistochemistry or DNA/RNA testing for microsatellite instability).
- Your health status is good enough (ECOG 0 or 1) and you don’t have serious uncontrolled medical problems.
- You have never had certain prior treatments for this cancer (no prior chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery for it).

This Phase 2 study tests whether adding dostarlimab (an immunotherapy medicine) to radiation after surgery can lower cancer returning and improve outcomes. It’s for people with certain endometrial cancers found to have specific genetic/molecular changes and who have stage III/IVA disease after surgery.
This trial tests a new approach: giving the immunotherapy drug dostarlimab along with a short course of radiation before surgery, with the goal of avoiding surgery in many patients. It is for people with a specific type of rectal cancer (MSI-H or dMMR) that has not spread to other organs.
This trial tests a drug called dostarlimab for people with certain advanced cancers that have a specific genetic feature (dMMR/MSI-H). The goal is to see if it helps shrink or control the cancer in people who haven't had other treatments yet.
This study tests dostarlimab given before surgery for stage II or III colon cancer that has a specific DNA repair defect. It aims to shrink or control the cancer so that some people may be able to skip surgery if the results are good.
This trial studies dostarlimab given around the time of colon cancer surgery for people with untreated, resectable (operable) stage T4N0 or stage III colon cancer that has specific tumor markers. It may help shrink or eliminate the cancer before or after surgery by boosting the immune response.
This trial tests a drug called dostarlimab (an immunotherapy) given before surgery for early-stage endometrial cancer that has a specific genetic feature (MMRd/MSI-H). The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or eliminate the cancer before standard surgery.
