Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older
- Your vulvar cancer biopsy showed squamous cell vulvar cancer (not a different type)
- Your cancer can be measured on exam and fits stage T2 with no distant spread
- You can do usual daily activities fairly well (performance status 0 to 2)
- Your blood, liver, and kidney tests are adequate
- You have not had radiation to the vulva, groins, or pelvis
- You are not pregnant (and if you could become pregnant, you have a negative pregnancy test)
