Who can take part
- You are under 30 years old when you join the study
- You have neuroblastoma (or ganglioneuroblastoma), confirmed by a pathology test (or neuroblastoma cells in bone marrow)
- Your disease has progressed or is resistant after standard treatments, and you have at least 2 months of expected life
- Your tumor can be measured or confirmed with scan results (MRI/CT and/or MIBG or PET scans) or—if scans are not “avid”—a biopsy shows viable neuroblastoma
- You haven’t taken irinotecan or temozolomide in the last 6 months, and you can meet blood, liver, kidney, heart, lung, and brain safety checks
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you don’t have certain serious prior reactions or uncontrolled infections
