Who can take part

  • Your child must have neuroblastoma that has come back (relapsed) after high-risk treatment.
  • The tumor must be visible on a CT or MIBG scan (not just in the bone marrow).
  • Your child must be at least 1 year old and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • Your child's blood counts, kidney function, and liver function must meet certain levels (your doctor will check these).
  • Your child must not have had more than one relapse (for the first treatment option) or must have had more than one relapse (for the second treatment option).
  • Your child must not have had severe allergic reactions to certain prior treatments like anti-GD2 antibodies or bevacizumab, depending on the treatment group.
