Who can take part

  • You must be at least 12 months old when you join the study.
  • You must have confirmed neuroblastoma/ganglioneuroblastoma or osteosarcoma based on past test results (tumor/bone sample findings).
  • Your cancer must be measurable/evaluable and has to be relapsed, progressive, or not responding to standard treatment.
  • You must be well enough to take treatment (Lansky score ≥50 if age 16 or under, or Karnofsky score ≥50 if older).
  • You must have recovered from side effects of past chemo, immunotherapy, or radiation before starting this study.
  • You must meet basic blood, kidney, liver, heart, and breathing requirements, and have no uncontrolled infection at enrollment.
