Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Have newly diagnosed, biopsy-proven prostate cancer
- Be scheduled for care at one of these places: UMC Utrecht (radiation) or St. Antonius/UMC Utrecht (urology options like surgery or monitoring)
- Agree to be included by signing consent for using your routine medical data and answering questionnaires
- Be able to understand Dutch
- Have the ability to make decisions (not mentally unable to participate)
