  • You had radiation therapy for prostate cancer at least 10 years ago and finished your full treatment course.
  • You have had regular PSA tests after your radiation therapy.
  • You have had a CT scan for diagnosis and a separate CT scan used to plan your radiation therapy.
  • Your doctors still have your treatment planning records and your health records (like notes about side effects).
