Who can take part
- You must be able to sign and date an informed consent form
- If pregnant, you can join between 24 weeks and 31 weeks 6 days of pregnancy
- If joining after delivery, you must have had gestational diabetes in a prior pregnancy
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must not have diabetes type 1 or type 2
- You must not have certain health issues (kidney problems, high inflammation, major liver enzyme rise, heart problems, or significant alcohol/drug use)
