Who can take part

  • You have at least three other health risk factors listed by guidelines (often including high blood pressure and/or type 2 diabetes).
  • You likely have high blood pressure and/or type 2 diabetes, if that is one of your risk factors.
  • You can do daily home blood pressure readings for the study (about one reading per day).
  • You have reliable internet access and an email address (using a phone, tablet, or computer).
  • You agree to follow the study instructions during a short “run-in” period before the main part starts.
