  • You have had a kidney biopsy showing membranous nephropathy, or blood tests showing specific antibodies (anti-PLA2R1 or anti-THSD7A) that indicate this condition
  • You are able to understand the study and provide written consent to participate
  • Your kidney biopsy and blood test results are clearly diagnostic (not uncertain or incorrect)
