This trial studies how certain immune cells (eosinophils) behave during severe drug reactions like DRESS and during milder drug rashes. It may help doctors understand what drives organ damage and improve how these reactions are managed.

Who can take part
- You are an adult (18+).
- If you have DRESS: you had a drug-related rash that started 24 hours to 2 months after starting continuous medicine, plus fever above 38°C.
- If you have DRESS: you also had signs of organ involvement (for example swollen glands, liver inflammation, lung symptoms, heart inflammation, or kidney problems).
- If you are in the DRESS group: you meet at least one blood severity sign such as eosinophils ≥ 500 per mm3 or a high RegiSCAR score.
- If you have a drug rash (MPE): you have a drug-caused rash without severe organ-damage signs, and your blood eosinophils must be either below 500 or at/above 500 per mm3. (The trial groups patients by this.)
