Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older, and you have advanced cancer (locally advanced or metastatic) that isn’t responding to standard treatment
- Your general health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG performance status 0 to 2)
- Your blood counts and organ function meet minimum lab thresholds (bone marrow, liver, and kidney)
- Your cancer can be measured on scans or exam (not just a blood tumor marker, like PSA only)
- You have a recent tumor genetic/protein test showing a target that a study drug can potentially attack
- You can safely take the study medicines (including swallowing pills if the drug is oral) and agree to contraception rules if applicable
