Who can take part
- You are an adult (over 18) with advanced cancer that is not responding to standard treatment, or there is no standard option for you.
- Your general health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG performance status 0–2).
- Recent blood and organ tests must be within allowed limits (for example, white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets, liver and kidney tests).
- You must have at least one measurable or evaluable cancer spot on scans or exam.
- Your tumor must have a recent molecular (genetic/biomarker) test showing a change that could be matched to a study targeted drug.
- You must provide a fresh tumor sample (biopsy) from the last 6 months or a liquid biopsy for additional testing before starting treatment.
- You must be able to sign consent and follow the study plan; if the drug is taken by mouth, you must be able to swallow and absorb it.
