This Phase 2 study tests whether injections under the skin can help heal painful, poor-circulation (ischemic) finger ulcers caused by scleroderma. It is for people whose ulcers have not improved with usual care.

Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and have systemic sclerosis (scleroderma)
- You have at least one active, painful finger ulcer from poor circulation that is not healing despite standard treatment for about 10 weeks
- The ulcer is on the finger past the first knuckle (near the nail is allowed) and is not from bone/calcified areas
- You should not be a current smoker, and you must not have stopped tobacco less than 3 months ago
- Your medicines must be stable or paused as required (especially hormone therapy, blood-vessel medicines, immune medicines, steroids, and antibiotics)
- You cannot have certain infections or serious heart/virus conditions, and you must be able to give written consent
