Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have been diagnosed with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) by a doctor
- You have the diffuse type of scleroderma and have already tried at least two different treatments (like steroids, immune suppressants, or biologics)
- Your lung function is not severely reduced (FVC is at least 50% of normal)
- You do not have moderate-to-severe pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs)
- You do not have other active autoimmune diseases (except secondary Sjogren's syndrome) and are generally healthy enough for the study
