Brentuximab before transplant for relapsed CD30 Hodgkin lymphoma

Hodgkin Lymphoma, Adult

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial studies whether brentuximab vedotin given in the “second-line” setting can help people with relapsed or hard-to-treat classic Hodgkin lymphoma get ready for an autologous (your own cells) stem cell transplant. It’s specifically for tumors that test positive for CD30, and it checks safety and how well treatment works before transplant.

NCT05180097Recruiting· Phase 2
Immunotherapy with stem cell transplant for relapsed Hodgkin lymphoma

This Phase 2 trial tests whether pembrolizumab plus brentuximab works better than standard chemotherapy followed by an autologous stem cell transplant for people whose classic Hodgkin lymphoma has come back or did not respond. It may help by improving cancer control before and around stem cell transplant and by comparing outcomes between the two treatment approaches.

Study of two drugs for CD30+ T-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs, chidamide and brentuximab vedotin, for people with a type of T-cell lymphoma that has the CD30 protein. It is for patients who are older or not healthy enough for standard chemotherapy, and whose cancer has come back or not responded to previous treatment.

Brentuximab for adults with Hodgkin’s lymphoma after stem cell plans

This study looks at how well brentuximab vedotin works for adults with Hodgkin’s lymphoma who have either already had, or are being considered for, stem cell transplant. It may help people who are receiving a specific treatment plan to control the lymphoma after transplant planning.

Brentuximab plus nivolumab for relapsed Hodgkin lymphoma

This Phase 2 trial studies brentuximab vedotin plus nivolumab in people whose classical Hodgkin lymphoma has come back or did not respond to treatment. It aims to shrink tumors and improve control of the disease, especially when standard options like transplant are not possible.

Testing new treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma that came back

This study tests a treatment plan for adults with Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or did not respond to ABVD chemotherapy. It may help people with a higher-risk pattern of disease, as long as their organ function and overall health meet study limits.
