Testing follicle fluid signals during IVF with ICSI

Oocyte Maturation

Part of Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This trial studies tiny biological messages (exosomes carrying microRNA) found in “follicle fluid” to see how they may relate to egg development during IVF with ICSI. You may be able to contribute samples if you are planning IVF+ICSI and meet the health and pregnancy safety requirements.

Study of stress and environmental exposures in IVF fertility

This study looks at how environmental exposures and stress-related “oxidant” changes may affect fertility outcomes in IVF for women. You may be invited if you are in your first IVF egg retrieval cycle and meet the study’s specific IVF setup rules.

Blood and lining tests during IVF cycles to guide endometrial timing

This study looks at “biomarkers” (test signals in your blood or cycle data) to better judge how ready the womb lining is during IVF. It compares two types of IVF hormone setups to see which approach best matches endometrial receptivity and supports successful embryo transfer.
