Studying molecules in fluid around eggs during IVF

Extracellular Vesicles

This trial collects the fluid surrounding your eggs during an IVF procedure to study tiny particles and molecules that might affect fertility. It aims to better understand how these particles relate to embryo quality.

NCT04382872Recruiting
Testing follicle fluid signals during IVF with ICSI

This trial studies tiny biological messages (exosomes carrying microRNA) found in “follicle fluid” to see how they may relate to egg development during IVF with ICSI. You may be able to contribute samples if you are planning IVF+ICSI and meet the health and pregnancy safety requirements.

Egg sensor study for women in IVF

This study tests a new sensor to check the quality of eggs (oocytes) during IVF. It may help doctors choose the best eggs for fertilization.

Lab Study of Egg Development Using Special Culture Methods

This research study tests a new way to help immature eggs (called GV oocytes) develop in the laboratory. The goal is to improve techniques for growing eggs outside the body, which could benefit future fertility treatments.

Blood and lining tests during IVF cycles to guide endometrial timing

This study looks at “biomarkers” (test signals in your blood or cycle data) to better judge how ready the womb lining is during IVF. It compares two types of IVF hormone setups to see which approach best matches endometrial receptivity and supports successful embryo transfer.
