  • You are between 18 and 90 years old
  • You have (or have had) a heart or blood-vessel problem, or you are a healthy community volunteer
  • You can understand the study and give consent (or have consent arranged appropriately)
  • You should not have a serious non-heart condition that could likely cause death within 6 months
  • You should not be known to have HIV, hepatitis B, or another infection that could be risky from unprotected materials
