Who can take part

  • You must be between 6 and 65 years old
  • You must have atopic dermatitis (eczema) that meets standard diagnostic rules
  • You cannot be enrolled in another clinical trial at the same time
  • No immune-suppressing or immune-changing medicines in the last 4 weeks (like certain steroids, methotrexate, or JAK inhibitors)
  • No eczema treatments right before the study that are specifically restricted (including bleach baths in the last 7 days, and certain skin creams in the last 7 days)
  • You should not have certain infections or immune problems (like HIV/hepatitis/tuberculosis) or major medical illnesses that could affect safety
