- You must have a confirmed cancer diagnosis in your medical records
- You must be coming for your first clinic visit or have an established cancer patient at the AIMS Institute
- If you’re 18 or older, you must be able to understand the study and sign consent
- If you’re under 18, the child must agree to join, and a parent/guardian must sign consent
- You must be able to read and understand English well enough to sign forms and complete questionnaires
- You must be willing to participate in this observational study
