Embryo health study for IVF using PGT-A testing

InfertilityHereditary Diseases

Part of Genetic & congenital clinical trials.

This study looks at embryo health using a DNA test called PGT-A for couples having IVF. It may help researchers better understand what the test can and cannot tell about which embryos are healthiest.

Follow-up study for people who had genetic testing in embryos

This trial follows up with people who chose to participate in research when getting preimplantation genetic testing (testing genes in embryos). It may help researchers understand outcomes and improve future genetic testing and counseling.

Genetic testing of embryos for women aged 37-41

This trial tests whether checking embryos for extra or missing chromosomes (aneuploidy) before transfer improves IVF success for women aged 37-41. You may be eligible if you have a partner or are using donor sperm and have normal ovarian reserve.

Non-invasive embryo development check for frozen transfers

This study tests a new non-invasive way to check how embryos are developing before they are frozen and later transferred. It looks at fluid around the embryo to see if it can give extra information about embryo health.

Embryo time-lapse imaging with genetic testing in IVF

This trial tests whether using a special time-lapse camera to watch embryos develop, together with genetic testing (PGT), can help choose the healthiest embryos for IVF. It may help improve the chances of a successful pregnancy.

Testing one embryo transfer after mosaic PGT results

This study follows people who have infertility and, after IVF testing (PGT), have a “mosaic” embryo result. It looks at transferring one embryo to see how this approach works when mosaic changes are present.
