NCT04167748Recruiting
Genetic testing for embryos in IVF for women 35–40

This study looks at using embryo genetic testing before pregnancy in IVF for women aged 35 to 40. It may help by identifying which embryos are more likely to lead to a healthy pregnancy, though you would still be screened to confirm you fit the criteria.

NCT06419127Enrolling by invitation
Embryo time-lapse imaging with genetic testing in IVF

This trial tests whether using a special time-lapse camera to watch embryos develop, together with genetic testing (PGT), can help choose the healthiest embryos for IVF. It may help improve the chances of a successful pregnancy.

NCT06358547Recruiting
Genetic testing of embryos for women aged 37-41

This trial tests whether checking embryos for extra or missing chromosomes (aneuploidy) before transfer improves IVF success for women aged 37-41. You may be eligible if you have a partner or are using donor sperm and have normal ovarian reserve.

NCT07533630Not yet recruiting
Improved genetic screening for embryos in IVF

This study tests an upgraded genetic test (PGT-A) that checks embryos for extra or missing chromosomes before transfer, which may improve the chance of a successful pregnancy. It is for people doing IVF who face challenges like older age, repeated failures, or miscarriages.

Buenos Aires
NCT03900780Recruiting
Genetic testing of embryos for repeat IVF failure

This study tests embryos before pregnancy using genetic screening to look for extra or missing chromosomes, in people who have had repeated IVF embryo transfers without success. It may help reduce the chance of transferring embryos that are unlikely to result in a healthy pregnancy.
