Who can take part

  • Be diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through standard assessments (ADOS-2 or CARS, plus ADI-R if done)
  • Be between 12 and 45 years old
  • Have a caregiver/informant who can reliably fill out questionnaires about your behaviors
  • Score high on repetitive behavior areas (at least 50% on specific domains like insistence on sameness, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, or unusual interests)
  • Be able to safely take TMS (no seizure history that makes TMS unsafe, and not on high-risk medicines like clozapine)
  • Not be pregnant and be able to attend while following study safety rules (including sleep the night before stimulation)
