Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older
  • Your diagnosis is leiomyosarcoma that is advanced and cannot be fully removed or has metastasized
  • Your cancer has been treated before, and there is measurable disease on scans
  • You are well enough to do daily activities (performance status 0–2) and expect to live at least 3 months
  • Your blood, kidney, and liver tests are within allowed ranges
  • You can consent and will be able to attend study visits; if you can become pregnant, you must use effective birth control
