- Be a child admitted to the PICU at Children’s Hospital of Fudan University between Jan 2018 and Dec 2019
- Stay in the hospital at least 48 hours after admission
- Do not have a positive test for CRE (carbapenem-resistant germs) before being admitted
- Have complete clinical and basic demographic information available
- (If applicable) You were hospitalized during the study dates at this specific hospital
