Who can take part
- Be between 25 and 35 years old at the start of the study
- Be able to read and understand English or Spanish
- Have a Social Security number and live in the U.S. for at least 12 months
- Be willing to share contact info for at least two people who can reach you (and know how you’re doing)
- Not have severe asthma or frequent asthma urgent care/ER visits or a recent asthma hospitalization
- Not be pregnant and not have certain other serious health conditions (like other chronic lung diseases, known heart disease, or a recent serious illness)
