Who can take part
- You are 20 to 75 years old.
- Blood test results are strong enough (white blood cells, neutrophils, and platelets) and kidney and liver tests are within limits.
- You can do most normal activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your stomach cancer is newly diagnosed, and spread is limited to the belly lining (PCI 10 or less) or your belly fluid test is positive (CY1/P0).
- You have not had chemotherapy for this cancer before surgery (no pre-op chemo by vein or into the abdomen).
