Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can sign study consent after understanding risks and goals.
- Your brain tumor diagnosis is IDH “wild type” glioblastoma (IDH-mutant is not allowed).
- Your tumor has grown or progressed after standard radiation and temozolomide treatment, or at least after standard radiation if MGMT is not methylated.
- You can skip Optune (tumor-treating fields) during the study, and your steroid dose has been stable or decreasing for 7 days before the first MRI.
- Recent MRI/CT shows measurable tumor, and the tumor must be Trop-2 positive by a central test (H-score 200 or higher).
