Who can take part

  • You have confirmed metastatic melanoma (stage IV or advanced/unoperable stage III, or recurrence after earlier melanoma).
  • Your melanoma has at least one measurable spot doctors can track on scans.
  • You do not have active brain metastases on a CT or MRI within 4 weeks; if you had brain treatment before, it must be completed and controlled.
  • Your melanoma got worse after previous PD-1 immunotherapy (nivolumab or pembrolizumab).
  • You finished any prior chemo/targeted treatment or radiation (including stereotactic radiosurgery) at least 3 weeks ago and have recovered from side effects.
  • You can safely take immunotherapy: no uncontrolled active infection, no significant heart/stroke problems, and you must not need ongoing immune-suppressing steroids.
