  • You have a shoulder bone fracture from a recent injury (trauma) and you’re being seen at Aga Khan University Hospital
  • You (or your caregiver) are willing to use a mobile app to follow home rehab instructions
  • You can attend the study follow-up visits after you go home
  • You are willing to answer a short survey questionnaire at the end of the study
  • You have Bluetooth connectivity so the app can download videos
