Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and had rotator cuff repair surgery using a specific arthroscopic technique with double-row sutures
  • Your rotator cuff tear was confirmed by MRI or ultrasound and was small-to-medium in size (less than 5 cm) and repairable
  • You have no serious cognitive problems and can understand and follow detailed exercise instructions
  • You own or have regular access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet and video capability
  • You are willing and able to follow the rehabilitation program as prescribed, attend follow-up visits, and commit to the study
  • You do not have other major shoulder, spine, or nerve problems unrelated to the rotator cuff tear
