Who can take part

  • You are an adult with fatty liver (hepatic steatosis) based on a scan or test
  • You must have at least one confirming result, such as a “bright liver” on ultrasound, high CAP on a specialized ultrasound test, fatty liver on CT/MRI/MRS, or higher liver fat on MRI-PDFF
  • You have not been diagnosed with liver cancer or another active cancer
  • You are not pregnant
  • You have never had a liver transplant
  • You have not had serious recent heart or stroke problems
