Who can take part

  • You (or your child) are between newborn and under 6 years old for this study
  • You have PH1 (primary hyperoxaluria type 1) confirmed by genetic testing
  • Your kidney function is low, with an estimated GFR under 30 (adjusted for body size)
  • Your recent blood oxalate level is high (average over 20 micromoles per liter) during screening
  • If you use dialysis, your dialysis plan has been stable for at least 2 weeks and dialysis duration is under 24 months
  • You can follow the study rules and complete study visits (with consent from a parent/guardian if under 18)
