Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of X-linked hypophosphatemia (XLH).
  • You should be between 18 and 65 years old when you join the study.
  • Your blood phosphorus level must be lower than 2.5 mg/dL (0.81 mmol/L) at the screening visit.
  • You must not have used burosumab (Crysvita) in the last 7 months.
  • You must not be taking certain other XLH medications (active vitamin D, oral phosphate, etc.) within 2 weeks before screening, unless you can safely stop them.
