- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have been diagnosed with stage I to III breast cancer
- You have not started chemotherapy yet (or have had less than 1 cycle) after surgery
- You do not have a major diagnosed memory/thinking disorder
- Your other health problems are not “uncontrolled”
- You are not planning to start chemotherapy and radiation at the same time
