This study looks at psychological distress, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), in healthcare workers after work-related trauma. You may be eligible if you are an adult healthcare worker with PTSD (and otherwise stable) who can complete regular study check-ins.

Who can take part
- You work in healthcare and your symptoms started after job-related trauma
- You’re over 18 and can speak and understand English well enough for questionnaires
- You are medically stable enough to attend regular sessions and complete assessments
- If you take psychiatric medicine, your dose has been stable for the last 60 days
- For the phase that requires it: you currently have a PTSD diagnosis
- You cannot be in another PTSD/mental health treatment study or start new PTSD care within the last 3 months
