Who can take part

  • You are a child aged 0 to 18 years
  • You are admitted to St. Justine’s PICU (children’s ICU)
  • You are expected to stay on PICU monitoring for the next 24 hours
  • You do not have had recent heart (cardiac) or chest (thoracic) surgery
  • You do not have a chest-area skin problem or sore that would prevent using the patch
  • A parent or guardian can give consent for the study
