Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can sign informed consent
- You have suspected, previously untreated advanced ovarian cancer and will have laparoscopy to confirm the diagnosis
- You can provide fresh biopsy tissue and frozen samples, plus tissue samples fixed in the lab (FFPE) from surgery
- You can provide blood samples over time, including repeated “liquid biopsy” blood tests
- You should be well enough to do study visits (ECOG 0–1) and expected to live at least 16 weeks
- Your kidneys, liver, blood counts, and bone marrow tests are within required limits, and you can swallow pills
