Who can take part
- You must have one of these conditions: chronic active EBV infection (CAEBV), extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, or post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) after a stem cell transplant.
- Your disease must be positive for LMP1, a protein made by EBV, in the tumor or infected cells.
- Your disease must have not responded to or returned after at least two lines of standard treatment, or you must have primary drug resistance.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor or sign of active disease.
- You cannot be pregnant, have active hepatitis B or C, HIV, or severe heart or kidney problems.
- You must not have had any previous CAR-T cell therapy or other gene-modified T cell therapy.
