- You are able and willing to sign the consent form
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have not taken antibiotics by mouth or through the skin for the past 3 months
- You have not used antibiotic eye drops for the past 3 months
- You have not had eye surgery in the past 3 months
- Using moisturizing eye drops is allowed (including Lacrycon and similar drops)
