Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- Your lymphoma is newly diagnosed and “high-risk” based on specific test results (like IPI score, or certain MYC/BCL2 and/or BCL6 gene changes)
- Your lymphoma cells test positive for CD19 and CD20
- You are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0 to 2)
- Heart and organ tests are strong enough (including LVEF at least 50%, and blood tests within set limits)
- You do not have certain conditions that would block the treatment, such as lymphoma in the brain/spinal fluid or a major uncontrolled infection
