Who can take part
- You are a woman age 21 to 64 and are getting a mastectomy (one or both sides)
- Your surgeon plans a two-step reconstruction using tissue expanders and ADM, then later exchanging to an implant
- You have not had breast reconstruction surgery before
- You have not had prior radiation to the breast (or mantle radiation)
- You are not planning autologous reconstruction (using your own tissue) now or later
- You do not have allergies to Polysporin (or its ingredients), and no allergies to ADM products used in the trial (like Gentamicin or Vancomycin for DermACELL)
