Who can take part
- You have one of these cancers: malignant mesothelioma or NSCLC with specific EGFR changes (exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R)
- Your cancer is advanced (metastatic or inoperable/recurrent) and is considered measurable by the trial’s scan rules
- You have not had the specific prior treatments required for your cancer type (or you meet the allowed prior-treatment options listed for your cohort)
- Your general health status is good enough (ECOG 0–1) and key organs are working well (liver, kidneys, and blood counts)
- You do not have active brain metastases or a history of leptomeningeal spread
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you have no conditions that bar treatment (like uncontrolled infections, known HIV/Hepatitis B or C, or certain heart rhythm problems)
