This study collects tumor-related samples from people with invasive breast cancer who are having surgery after treatment before surgery. Researchers use your samples to create lab models (called PDX and organoids) to help study breast cancer and find better future treatments.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have invasive breast cancer and received treatment before surgery (neoadjuvant therapy).
- Your breast tumor can be removed with surgery after the pre-surgery treatment.
- You received at least 2 weeks of hormone (endocrine) treatment, or at least 2 months of chemotherapy that suggests remaining disease, or you had to stop early due to signs the cancer was progressing.
- You can return to the study site for your breast surgery.
- You agree to provide blood and tumor tissue for future breast cancer research, including making lab models.
